Adobe CS4 failed install.

If you purchase Adobe CS4 be prepared to see this a few times. I have spent weeks dealing with Adobe Support via email and on the phone trying to get this to install on a Lenovo laptop running Windows Vista Business. I've managed to install all except Dreamweaver, Acrobat and Illustrator; of course three of the most important apps I use in the suite.

@1manbadman360 If you're on Windows XP then you should get SP3. It bassically is a package of all recent updates, which makes you're computer secure and more compatible with products. To get it, type in "windows xp sp3 download" (without quotes) in google. It should be the fith link down from a site called softwarepatch. After you've downloaded then cloase all other applications and install it. It will take a while, but don't touch your computer unless prompted!!

same thing happen to me when i try too install it 1 day ago on windows xp can someone help at the same time i can try and help you but i dont know why it will work on windows vista but not winxp and i have serial numbers keygen i wll never buy microsofr power point or photoshop and more just use a keygen

ok guys, ^^ i have the solution

1. Uninstall ALL old adobe flash cs... programms inc. demos.

2.restart you pc

3.run setup of CS4 as admin

4. Have fun!!

i have exactly the same problem...

dontknow what to do...

checkt all compability mods and 4 gb of ram with win7 so that cant be the probelm.

also iam the local administrator...

Try this one: Right click on the setup icon then chose "Run as administrator"

or somehow run it as an admin

i had a similar problem, not the same but u can try it ;]
