Our AP Biology final project.




Lyrics ~~

In the Nucleus
RNA
is made using DNA.
Its called transcription
it creates a strand of mRNA.

Its protein synthesis, and it has two parts:
Transcription and Translation
workin hard
to make a chain up of amino acids

If theres proteins, missin in your life
then you arent coding acids right.

Then comes translation,
ribosomes, composed of two sub units
and the tRNAs moving with its anti codons
But tell me, what happens when it stops
(coding)

Without your proteins,
your body would suck

And youre made up of proteins
they have arms and feet
but you cant see them
no were just kidding

If treacle proteins, missing in your life
then your face doesnt look very nice

So did you know that after transcription and translation comes translocation?
No.
Did you know that during translation, a spliceosome removes the introns from the new piece of mRNA?
No.
Did you know that there are over 9000 proteins in your body?
No.
Did you know that you just lost the game?
No.

Translocation is when the
codon moves out
of the A spot then P, then to the E spot
from whence it exits
transferring the chain to the P spot once again.

and well miss Quia
and well miss Mrs. Boyle too
Now AP Bio is missing in my life
and all of these tears come at night
