A SecondLife movie, showing the prototype of my just finished *'Matrix' style avatar.
NOTE: A NEW VERSION OF THIS VIDEO IS AVAILABLE HERE:

It shows the 'for sale' version of the avatar, not the prototype like this video.
This is my very first SL machinima movie, so please bear with me. Yes I could have improved a LOT of things.
In case you're an SL resident and should ask yourself - no, it's still not possible to create animated skins. The entire avatar is covered with sculpted prims, which have animated textures on them.
This video sort of displays my current mood, and the way I often feel in SL. In case you have the idea that this way of feeling would make you feel uncomfortable, rest assured - I can't think of a more comfortable environment than a technical one for myself.
I made the avatar AND the movie by the way - which means, yes, the sculpties too. For the animated textures I got some help at http://www.thatotherlife.com - that particular forum, by the way, inspired me with its green logo to actually try and make the avatar; which, in return, inspired me to make the movie. Complete credits can be found at the end of the movie.
The avatar isn't for sale yet since it's still a prototype, but I'm working on improving said prototype to a 'for sale' version (and, yes, there will be a 'male' version as well - this one is, just like myself, female). For example, I'm not quite satisfied with the textures yet. But then, I'm picky! *lol*

Wow, that's some skin!

Actually, it's not an SL "skin" in the classical sense. Since skins can't have animated textures, I had to create an avatar that's entirely made of sculpties (which, on the other hand, CAN handle animated textures).
But thank you :-)
