The man sitting with the fish at the beginning must be Joaquin Sabina, a spanish singer that has a song called "Peces de Ciudad" (City fish), also a cafe is a very common theme in his songs, that's why they're sitting in front of one.

The guy even looks like Joaquin Sabina, look for him and you'll see.
