@thedota1337 its not. its a bug. cyclone cm up when she is casting FF. and it will stay. it stops being channeling etc. so it stays till you die

Obviously you have no idea what you are talking about, there is a cast delay before the shards of ice start flying. In this vide i'm walking around without having to recast therefore it can't be wtf mode. Play some more dota before you post dumbass comments.
