Face the facts, 16 gammy's, sung at the inauguration, oscars & the star spangled banner & was part of the biggest selling female group of all time. ALL 4 of Bey's album hit the #1 spot on Billboard, Rihanna has NEVER done that. MJ, Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder etc have all spoken so highly about Bey - they are ICONS and know exactly what they're talk about. Therefore she is a queen. Rih only has #1 singles - fail.
