If you watch the reply it was a clash of heads, purely accidental, both fighters were exhausted, Rahman actually moves into Holyfields head. If anything Rahman head clashed his head into Holyfield.
In boxing peoples heads come together in the clinch, theres a big difference between a driving head but and heads coming together.

Holyfield was an overated cheat, who only beat Tyson twice because he kept headbutting. He tried to use is against Lewis, but Lewis was too skillful and still totally outboxed Holyfield twice. He used it again here against a spiritied Rahman.
Who did Holy really ever beat in his career?? A fat Buster Douglas, a fat George Foreman, a dodgy majority decision in one of his 3 fights aginst Bowe (he clearly lost the other 2). He lost to Moorer & twice to lewis.
