The 7-11 Texas Hold'em Tournament was a smashing success. The $250 entry fee, $40,000 guaranteed prize pool with 250 players participating in the 1 pm Saturday event.
Congratulations to Angelo Miele, Jr., from Davie who was declared the winner and took home the championship bracelet, plus $5,400. The final 10 players decided to "chop" winning an average of over $4,000 each.
