I am Indonesian people.

since elementary school, I was bored with school.

I was graduated with the lowest score at the university, but after 4 years I graduated.

I employ about 200 people over, and will continue to grow.

so, this speech is very true.

Disliked her speech even though I agreed with her message. She makes generalizations that border line to 'scare tactics'. Such as the use of "brainwashing and authoritarian ideology of school" just weaken her message. They make her speech sound like some conspiracy theory which will eschew many people. A better method would be referencing to common experiences in school and calling those to attention. This will allow the audience to connect and question the values of school themselves too.
