I really like the design.. this would be a good camp design for people who don't like their pots blackened. cheap to make also.

Lot more smoke coming out than other types of "rocket stove" - the 16 adobe brick one seems virtually smokeless, more fuel efficient. Nice job though. But what if there is no hardware store to buy parts from?

The thing you see attaching the chimney to the bucket is from some kind of heat ductwork. You should be able to find something like it at your local harware store. From there it's being held just by the hole i cut in it and the lid on top. One thing that would make it sturdier and not be that hard is cut and bend the metal out to make the hole.
