Rotoscoping Test Animation

Rotoscoped "self portrait" of me turning into a badly drawn werewolf, done using Pencil (free animation software!) with some post-processing in Photoshop, and drawn by hand frame-by-frame (no automatic tweening) on a Wacom Bamboo tablet. This was a lot of fun, and was my second animation using Pencil (or any other software of this type). Feedback is appreciated.

Oh and my hair (in the pre-rotoscoped clip) is not so grimey, it's just that I ran an unsharpen mask to make it easier to trace!
