Yes, his cars arent anything great, but he may not have more bricks to make them great.

i saw some videos with guys with 4-6 huge lego cars with the same colour everywhere. i know how to make good ones too but i dont have the bricks to make them great. all i want to say is that having a few legos doesn't mean than you mustn't make a legocar, if you have imagination you can make anything.
