Granita recipe: 30-35gr Agrolina, 1000gr Water, 200gr Sugar, 50gr Fruit base, 1gr Bonificatore
Iced drinks recipe: 30gr Agrolina, 1000gr water, 200gr Sugar, 1gr Bonificatore
Freshness & Acidity Control in Sorbets: 5gr Agrolina.
