i had this book when i was pregnant and it was great. i have kept it for when i get pregnant again. (and if a new one comes out, i might get that too!) i would totally recomend it!! ....i think it's crap that over 75% of women get an epidural. I was only 17 when i had my daughter and i didn't have one. i understand that everyone has a different tolerance and every labor is different, but come on....signing the paper RIGHT AWAY?! sounds pretty pathetic to me.

thanks for the vid. I wasnt sure if i was going to buy this book for my daughter, but after seeing this vi... i'm going too!
