@erockbrox He never said that, he was quoting someone else, but it's very true. :D
-
@hebince44: Great rebuttal. good day.
-
@oli90 nonsense
-
@hebince44: You could say you know, but unfortunately what you preach proves otherwise. It's clear that you don't know shit, just by your little sentence saying that everything in the universe is applyable to everything else. 1st of all the word is applicable, not apllyable. Secondly to compare words (a human creation created using patterns) and the universe ( a non human creation, very chaotic) is a horrible comparison. Accepting someone's nonsense without investigation is hardly learning.
-
@oli90 you said that last sentence to the wrong person because I always tend to learn a lot about things and I am sure I know much more about any subject than you can ever imagine. My belief system is made up of what i've learned. So I would rather not get a lecture for learning from a person who doesn't know shit.
by the way everything is in the universe so also applyable to the entire universe.
I'm not ignorant or egocentric, just about the opposite. wrong person to say those things to
-
@hebince44: The reason I can't understand you has nothing to do with that. It's simply because you can't form coherent sentences in the English language. What you don't understand is words are a human creation, and therefore need meaning. To be so egocentric and to apply the same principles to the entire universe, or the laws of it, is just simply ignorant. Your example does not at all apply to this subject, but good try. Instead I'll help you. Stop simply believing and start learning.
-
@oli90 you're turning in the same circle. That is the reason you cannot understand what I'm talking about.
Let me help you a little bit. He needs to put his believes in chances, guesses and games because he has no base in belief system.
He believes in the universe and not the force behind it. That's like analyzing the word 'love' with its letters and completely ignore the meaning. In this way you cannot find the meaning in things as long as you do not believe in a being of consciousness.
-
@hebince44 : Yet you still read it.. And once again what you wrote doesn't make any sense.
-
@oli90 if you don't understand my comment and comment me on it in a rude way you're just not worth of readingmy comment
-
@hebince44: The only ridiculous thing is this comment of yours.
Science is interesting and if you dont believe it than you can fuck off. Thank you Richard D.

Amazing presentation, one of the best I've seen for length vs. amount of information and accessibility to a general audience.
Dawkins changed my life and perspective on a lot of things.
Also 5:40 through 6:40 is too good.
