this advert was around the time that mobiles were considered anti-social things so they were trying to brach out from being just a mobile phone company, into a communications company that more than mobile phones.

This advert was produced for cinemas, and the reason for that, for people to turn off their mobile phones, it is an excellent advert, and forfils its purpose. Orange are not saying to not use your phone all the time, otherwise their profits would fall a hell of amount.

well i think even orange are saying that maybe we rely on our phones too much. I know people that freak out if they switch their phone off.

We all rely so much on technology, phones, computer etc. People are so terrified of not having their phone or internet. Ive heard stories about that day in new york, and all the s**t we hear about in the world today, this makes a change that brings a tear to my eye.
