How do the politicians handle the conflict between conservative ideals, and a religion centered on a victim of capital punishment?

Unless it's the death of an innocent victim, in which case you get all worried about the criminals rights (rights which don't exist)

Also, why don't you think that the killing of first degree criminals is a worthy gain of the death penalty?

The murder of the SCUM (no pun intended) of the earth. If you don't see that as a gain, you are blind. And furthermore, here's whats monstrous: not the death penalty, but what the criminal did to his victim.

And no, I will not answer questions about abortion. Nor will I answer questions about immigration, the war, or any other issue for which you or anyone else may feel strongly. That's not the topic here. I think it's great that you feel passionate about abortion, but that's not part of this discussion. I love hot seat questions? It brings out the ugly side of people, it really does. Thier left with vunerablilty and are forced to face themselves. This as you know causes irrational anger and hate(which is always irrational). Applauds!

prisons where i live are more like a holiday at a hotel then a punishment the meals , services and education is top class the cost of living in prison is more then what the average person earns in a year and its free if your a criminal at the tax payers expense ,so please support our human rights to live off your taxes so the government can have a share...if your human you will :)

If it is for God to judge, then abolish prisons as well. Because prisons is also a punishment

Sorry, however you can't use the word "inconsistency" when referring to the bible, then prove those inconsistencies and then argue that to choose one verse over another (in regards to the same subject) as being wrong. One verse has got to be correct, the other has got to be wrong.

Wow, you're absolutely right. Some versus do say only one hurled insults and others say that both hurled insults...the bible is inconsistent.

So if you can ignore what one book/verse says and only listen to the "feel good parts" of another book/verse...am I wrong for doing the same with the "less than feel good parts"?
