This is excellent, I would change it up every 30 days or so for muscle confusion/ more advanced moves

@marcroops Hey thanks man. I did some of the drill and the situps etc but the pushing the bag drill was too hard there isnt enough space at the gym I train at. I train at this one MMA gym. Also this drill is soo hard it looks easy but its freaking tiring i couldnt even complete the entire round without taking small breaks.

I love the way Angela incorporates the "Running Man" into the clinch knees portion of this work out! Lol... I'm going into my garage to hit these drills now. Thanks for all the info and motivation.
