Im not boasting.... but i would definetly say that pre-training, before i had actually joined taekwondo, helped alot. Stretching of the legs, etc, splits, really helped :]

well, ive just started taekwondo, for like 4 weeks, and had my first pair of sparring. It went quite well, had the instructer praising me for my axe/slamming kicks and side kicks :] . Surprisingly, my kicks are techniquely pretty high for a white belt. For an example, im 170 cm in height and can kick at that height. :]

i was in there, got 3rd place. it is pretty hardcore. i was 10 and weight 92 pounds, and i versed this kid that was from california and he was mexican i think.
