When I Am Silent (with lyrics)

This is a video of me playing When I Am Silent. It is posted with the lyrics so you can sing along if you like. This is my first video so I am sorry the sound quality isn't the best but, I tried. Also, I'm sorry the tempo isn't very steady, I just really played it the way that it felt to me. I have never had any piano lessons before in my life so please, go easy on me! I was planning on putting a video up of me singing and playing to the song but I have a cold so I decided to just put up a video of me playing it. Because I have never taken any lessons before there were some parts that I couldn't play ( like the triplets on the eighths notes and stuff) so I changed a few spots to simpler rhythyms, but it works all the same!
For the people who haven't heard the song or don't know what it is about, it was written by a chorus teacher after she went to visit the Auschwitz concentration camp in Germany. She saw the photo of a young girl that died in the camp and was so touched by the event that she wrote a song "for the girl at Auschwitz." It symbolizes all of the simple pleasures that people take for granted in every day life and how that girl never got to do a lot of those things. It really is a beautiful and deep song so take a minute to spare a thought for that young girl and all of the others. Enjoy!

Great, loved how you kept focus and didn't freak out when the music fell. Only comment is to go slower. It's not that fast, but it was great! Think of it like, who will sing MY song when I am silent. The context is very deep.

u are off tempo my chorus class is singing this so i thought i would practice at home and well u were faster then it is originally meant to be and some part are to slow and i'm not saying u were bad im saying next time u should really practice before posting something on youtube and check the tempo, because it seems like u were tring to rush through it and hurry to get done. But other than the tempo thing u had going on, u were awesome!
