My late sister played this song so often that my little 5 year old niece could sing it word for word, up to and including the closing line..."Send my mouth way down south and.....", I hate to admit it, but it was cutest thing you ever heard :-)

What I love about John Prine is that he tries, but he doesn't try too hard. He doesn't overdo any one song. He puts emotion into the songs and may tell a story about the song to his audience like it's a group of his good friends. Gotta love a man like Prine.
