What's good about Plan Colombia II, for the indigenous people, afro-colombians, peasants and minorities, there is nothing good for them; the government wants to remove the people from their land to lease thousands of acres to a minning company in which they will work and get paid below the minimum wage without health benefits or social security, the government have programs like the infamous "corporate welfare"
here in the US, unbelievable tax breaks
even compensation if the company does not make the projected revenues, so the tax payers would pick up the bill; sweet as honey for transnational companies, just not that sweet for Colombians.
