Corel Painter illustration - an old house in Southern China

Hey there, I am back again. This time I drew a traditional residence building in Guangdong, China. I remembered that I used to see them a lot when I was really young. Nowadays, my town is full of factories and I can't find these nice little house any more.

It's a bit sad. But the good news is: I am an illustrator. The great thing about being a painter, is that I can just see anything in my mind, and then draw my thinking on the paper (or the computer screen, of course). I don't need an expansive camera. I have my imagination and memory with me: they have the highest resolution; they don't need battery; and they are always with me.

what brushes do you use btw,???

I use 2B Pencil and Fine Point of Pen Tools for sketch and line work, while Tilting Tools are used for coloring. Also I like Digital Airbrush and Sponge Tools for total adjustment and texture. Of course most of these brushes are modified to match my style.
