@jstow01 Would prefer not to become a Manchester United - that way the fans that turn up at the matches and support the team are genuine lifelong supporters of the club, not glory hunters from Surrey etc.

what is it with everyone calling us a little club! What makes a big club?? plying in europe?winning cups?winning league titles?great managers? im pretty sure weve done all that, not there at the moment but niether are leeds, and they still get classed as a big club.

haha i still remember this classic...very sad 2 see ipswich got pwnd hard at san siro in the end...hopefully my club idol keane can help ipswich climb back 2 premiership together with newcastle...this 2 clubs really dont deserve 2 stay down lolz

we have more history than a large majority of english clubs, depends what you class as a 'little club' yes we aint no man u , arsenal or chelsea etc but id swap that for being a die hard town fan any day of the week

A little club with a history and tradition that most clubs would die for. Do some reading about Alf Ramsey (yes, the one that won the world cup for England) and Bobby Robson, who turned a little club into one of the finest teams in Europe in the 70s and early 80s.
