One of the greatest vocal performances ever!!!

Angel's first two albums were fucking great. Then Bill Aucoin Management and Casablanca Records decided Angel should be more pop and commercial. That was the end. The third album "On Earth As It Is In Heaven" had it's moments, but was such an obvious step it a poppy direction. The fourth album "White Hot" flat out sucked, and I gave up on them.

@leonakita Lol. They both get up there with high voices. To me, Geddy's voice is more shrill while Frank's voice is more melodic, I have listened to both of these bands for years and I never thought they sounded similar...
Are you an Angel fan, or have you just listened to a couple of songs of theirs on Youtube? One of my favorite songs that showcases Frank's voice is 'Mariner,' from the first album.

to bad Casablanca cut their balls off. They went from stuff like this to absolute garbage .this epic and something like feeling right tonight with the call and response dueling solos on the keys and guitar..they just shredded on that .its really was a shame to go from this to crap like Magic Touch

Angel's first 3 LPs were good, borderline progressive metal. I just wish they kept doing the prog-metal thing. But I guess Casablanca didn't know how to market these guys right......
