Yes they are lot of work since every single part is handmade :)

the posing is the tricky part tho since you need to make a fully articulated model then pose it for the scene

I like your placements of objects they tell a story plus the relationship to the size of the board. Many artists make their dioramas too crowded for the display and seem to spill over and others have too large a display and the main objects get lost in it. These are pretty good.
