  • i have big ass hands so i can used thos instead of drills

  • @Poachy20 Thats not the totality of my program I was just asking if High knee jump roping was an effective workout.

  • @lordvoldemort578 Repetition equals progression, if u want to get faster run more. High knees, hill sprints, Resistance running with parachutes etc......................

  • @Poachy20 I heard Jump rope isn't a good speed workout But what about High Knees?
