This is a video that was sent to our YouTube inbox twice in the span of a few minutes by a creationist. Despite swearing never to do a shitty youtube slideshow video ever again, it was so laughably bad Wallace and Curie couldn't resist.
I am so bored with Creationist bullshit and ignorance. Creationists live by the axiom "Ignorance is Bliss" and obviously Creationists are among the most blissful on the planet.
@ScissorHand26 I was a bit lazy in my typing there. It was a more accurate representation of the "We came from monkeys!" line. Everything essentially branches off of the same ancestors if you go back far enough. Saying we came from (great) apes just points to the specific branch from which we split into our own off of, if that makes anymore sense. lol.
2:18 I'm sorry thedarwinfinches, but you're wrong. If you were to say that, you would be talking about the entire video, not just the part.

@Jonstern1983 Sounds about right to me as well.

Understanding just enough science to use it the wrong way.

Also isn't the universe expanding, therefore, while not infinite, keeps gaining new areas to keep it from reaching entropy?

So then there can be no god, because god is infinite, and infinite things do not exist.

@Secundinius
Wait, I don't think we came from apes. They branched off the same ancestors as we did. But then again I suck at anthropology.
Still fucking cool though.

This is only a slightly more articulate expression of the "sun goes up, sun goes down" O'Reilly arguement.

Besides, how much cooler is: everything expanded into what we see around us and humans came from apes? WE CAME FROM APES! How frigging cool is that!?
