AT LAST ! I finally found it after so many tries, I believed it was Tex Avery's...a HUGE thanks to you, just "thumbing up" supercrevette wasn't enough to express my gratitude.

I loved going back to childhood watching this video. I always had the memory of it but now I can enjoy watching it again. THANK YOU!

These old time and classic cartoons are wonderful. It is a shame we can't share them with our children and grandchildren because of foul comments by people with no vocabulary or intelligence.

@EaterOfCakes Well... you should see the three little pigs... of disney and warner bros... THAT's a complete copy. This one does have a little difference to Water Babies. But yes, you are right.
Back in the days, when they just invented the film medium, there was no such thing as copyright in the movie business..
Some companies actually put other makers' film footage in their own films. Crazy when you think about it these days!

@mickey5ft And you're incredibly sensitive, getting offended over old comments not directed at you. *Internet hug* xD

@TheRocketVoltage You're a pathetic moron

Saw this yesterday on Boomerang, and I just noticed this is a ripoff of Disney's "Water Babies". But it's still very cute & beautifully drawn. I love the little blue-haired fairy lady. :D

@Moredread25 Imagine you're a illustrator, an animator, and for the first time ever - you can do ANYTHING is colour. You bet they'd go crazy
