Two things I think you're wrong about. The EVP of the woman laughing is actually saying something. At around the 4:00 mark, it sounds to me like some guy saying 'You're so stupid'. The other one, @ 5:10 is the same voice saying 'That sonna-b*tch!'. And the 'Hello' you captured could also be a quick 'Help', said in a non-distressed manner. I have to agree with the production values AND the evidence. Very impressive.
