Otto von Habsburg-Lothringen, or speaking in terms of legitimacy: His Imperial & Royal Highness Archduke Otto of Austria (who should have been Emperor, lest we forget!), indeed was and will remain the Historical Conscience and Spiritual Guardian not only of Austria, but of the whole of Europe. May God sanctify this extraordinary soul!

The 2nd movement, "Poco Adagio, cantabile" of
Joseph Haydn's Emperor Quartet op. 76 no. 3 in C major (that was once the anthem
of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy and today is the national anthem of the Federal Republic of Germany), is played by the Caspar da Salo Quartet in a recording of 1990.
Order this recording (that also contains Joseph Haydn's Hunting Quartet op. 1. no. 1 in B flat major, and his Lark Quartet op. 64 no. 5 in D major) here: http://www.amazon.com/Haydn-Kaiser-Quartett-Emperor-Streichquartette-Quartets...
or at your local CD-shop!
