the beatles is the first commercial success around the World it made them best...many bands recognized the beatles pushed them to create music..even metall!!..Queenn is the best too but the beatles will be always in the special place..unfortunately higher than queen...

I like them both. Without Queen, without the Beatles something really good would be missing in musical history. I am glad that their music won't be forgotten.
I really miss the heart, soul and good melodys in today's music. :(

When I was in the studio recording, I pictured Freddie and tried to imagine what it must have been like for him to sing this song facing his own mortality. I could never hope to top it; I just wanted to pay tribute to his performance.”

First off, Freddie suffered fr nodules, which made it incredibly painful to sing leaving his voice unpredictable at times.
Second, not much to lose for PM, when he never had a voice to begin w/ !
Queen songs are incredibly intricate & complex; hence, very hard to sing, as opposed to songs w/ the normal 3 chords. Btw, Bohemian Rhapsody has SIXTY CHORDS!!
So you're really comparing a group who rode in on Elvis's coattails to a sophisticated, skilled talent - QUEEN!
