Trandoshan Special Repeater.

Its obtained by doing the full avatar platofrm questline (A pain in the ass) a good RE'd one has around a 0.340 refire rate.. the 3 blasts at once give the illusion of speed.

Anyways, my argument was not soley about WoW. but compare it to other MMOs, I really don't think it shines. And this is not some biased view at all. Been playing for 4 years on Starsider, and I love the SWG-RP ness, but I play other games too, just not as much :)
