DINO DE LAURENTIIS MOVIES

Dino De Laurentiis was one of Hollywood's greatest producers and biggest personalities. His recent passing inspired me to give him this: a memorial tribute that is, I hope, just like the films he was noted for. De Laurentiis and his company produced over 150 films - from high art with Fellini and Bergman to more popular fare such as "Flash Gordon" and "King Kong."
Goodbye, Dino. The world of cinema misses you already!

What an excellent body of work...some of these gems I have not viewed in many years...Year of the Dragon, Conan, Flash Gordon...and some are standards around my house...Death Wish, Blue Velvet

@augustomariante This is so entertaining and inspiring. Movies should be made from movie clips. Lately, that's what my dreams have become -- movies of movie clips. With soundtracks, mostly The Song That Doesn't End from Lamb Chop. Cheerio, chop-chop.

@CelebrityWonderVids For all those seeking entrance to the kingdom of heaven, I would urge you to buy at least one of this producer's movies. I bought my personal favorite, Hannibal Rising -- starring the inimitable Anthony Hopkins. For extra insurance, at least watch Roberto Rossellini's movie The Flowers of Saint Francis.
