  • Pretty funny, but I felt that all the ricochet sounds cheapened it. Anyone who has seen the original scene will have gotten the joke without them, and anyone who hasn't would never get it anyway.

  • bary lyndonw as a masterpeice but this? this is one of the funiest parodys i have ever seen!

  • I always wondered about the freeze frame at the end, when redmond gets in the carriage.

  • @KellyGreen5555 lyndon was a turd

  • LOL the ricohet

  • Lyndon's stepson is a little turd. I do wish Lyndon's had done away with him when he had the chance.

  • @eliezerberry Well, you do have a point there... However, one might say, even if Barry can never win over Bullingdon, he would have at least made a relationship that wasn't this hateful and bitter.

If it could never be a happy life with Bullingdon, it could at least be not that bad.

  • what I mean is...

When Barry fires into the ground...he becomes 'a gentleman' and when Bullingdon decides he is not satisfied and then shoots Barry, it is Bullingdon who becomes 'the savage'.

This is Barry's greatest triumph and greatest downfall all wrapped up in one scene.

  • Oh the irony...

Barry spends his life trying to be accepted on equal terms with the titled & landed gentry (those just like Bullingdon)...to become a 'gentleman'.

It is this scene above all (after failing in the above quest) that shows Barry was already a nobler 'gentleman' than Bullingdon...and indeed, he probably was all along...regardless of Barry's faults.
