rural areas are ideal locations for MW DXing including weak MW DXs. I live in a city in the United States and could not get weak MW signals because of city QRMs. however, I had lived in a rural area and had received MW DXs thousands of miles away with less QRM.

I was fortunate to hear and receive QSLs from 650 WSM, 700 WLW, 770 WABC, 890 WLS and 990 CHML.
