@otissumnerbrown Otis, if you read my website you'd know the answer: 20/15, often 20/10. When I first got back to 20/20 I realized that's not as clear as I used to see in my teenage years. Reaching 20/15 brought me back to that good level of sight, and since then I often enjoy the delight of 20/10. Don't limit yourself to 20/20, you'll miss out on clear sight!

Joy, Why not post what you read on a brightly list Snellen? Both of us think it is 20/20.. I describe "Clear your Snellen" as the real "goal" of these preventive measures.

esther is the coolest dutch lady I know.
Her approach really helps also. I am not "cured" yet but my vision is better. I hope one day to have 20 20 or better.
