every track in the mixer can be sent through the "send out". The send out is routed to the external input of the modular. I have the delay effect output as a channel in the mixer, so it too can be sent to the external input. The modular output is on two separate channels in the mixer so those can be sent back through the external input as a feedback loop which can re-trigger the sequencer in odd ways. Add my mic and random gibberish and the whole thing just gets silly. and there's a little bass drum patch with the ribbon as a trigger/pitch controller which was built the same way as the "simple analog modular patch - How to - part 1" video.

  • Incredible as in "impossible to believe"? he he

the lack of my human "voice" seems to throw some people for a loop. but i don't like the sound of my voice very much.

  • Well fuckin done !! :p

  • didn't understand every word you said... (just kidding). cool track. i especially like the groove when the bass and the dr-55 kick in (0:24).

  • great!!!

  • Always awesome man, wow i soo want my own modular system..

  • Nice Sound!

    I like this :D

  • one way to make a delay feedback over 100% is to use a bus to send it back into itself. Then the "over 100%" amount can be controlled by the bus level output.

  • I was in love with my boss rsd-10 for a long time but it died, the second one I got behaved slightly different, the feedback used take build to a steady noise which was cool, the new one quickly starts to clip itself but it's the bad kind of clipping. I think it's just a different design from a earlier/later release. I'd buy another one hoping for the old functionality but I don't wanna be let down :)
