Very easy bread rolls - better that what you can buy in the shops.

here's what you need---

750ml water
25-50g yeast (fresh yeast is best)
2 eggs
1 handful of rolled oats
4 or 5 carrots (shred them first)
about 1.5 kg flour
3 tsp salt

Bake at about 200 degs. Celsius for 20 - 25 minutes

If you are from the US...
750ml = 1.5 pints (US)
25 - 50g = an ounce or two
1.5 kg = about three pounds
1 handful - 1 cup (US)
200 C = 424 F

  • Let's beat thecrap out of this lol... Ok from a microbiology type of view. Add sugar help rises the Dow because yeast eat the sugar and produces co2. No sugar works but not as fast. Second thing it is good to mention to have clean hands to avoid nasty bacterias specially when u leave the Dow to rise for 1 hour
