French recipe boeuf bourguignon (Burgundy beef stew) by Hervé Cuisine

As many of you requested my recipes to be translated in English, I will start with this one, a very traditional french beef stew from Burgundy that serves 6. I've dubbed it in English, sorry if there are mistakes and enjoy my French accent ;-) and the recipe too.
