  • what is in demand is what really the people need

  • paid shill of healthcare lobby or at least that has been alleged.

  • @deliran *is for

  • @deliran I honestly wholeheartedly agree with a lot of what you have been saying throughout this entire discussion . Were all people taking care of each other. I care about you because your a person i would not want you to not have money to support yourself. that was the point of the bail out. When you start speaking on topics such as the bail out please reflect on history really learn from it because that is what history.

  • @pawnraider yeah families lost their life savings when the banks failed in 30's. If the banks failed and the government did not step then your bank even if its a credit union or any bank would have eventually failed! And then all the money you have in your account would disappear! and that's what happen in the 30's! When no one had credit cards. If the banks failed then all that money you were borrowing from them would disappear and you could no longer borrow

  • Wall Street wouldn't have failed, just that business. The country went bankrupt? Really! When was that? The country may have gone through two depressions, but it certainly did not go bankrupt. And if you think taxing a country results in prosperity look at the countries in the EU. At least two are being bailed out with others in line.

  • So I'm done talking with you as you are so far separated from facts and reality that i can no longer have a mature debate with you. It was a lovely exchanges of ideas and you brought up some good points.

  • And if you don't think that's your responsibility then you need to move to an island and support your self completely independently. Because if wall street would have failed that's what we all would have had to do because those companies provide for are daily needs. And yes i do know of countries that have succeeded try any industrialized country in the world but the united states.

  • @pawnraider Really? do you remember from history what happen when we did that because i do, the country went bankrupt, people lost their life savings. Whether anyone likes it or not when their apart of a country or even a society people have a duty to help one another out and if people didn't do that the future would cease to exist.

  • I don't think we were forced to bail them out. We simply chose to. I and others think they should have been left to fail and let other companies pick up the pieces. Enron wasn't bailed out was it?
