I find it sad to see such rides and parks just abandoned to rott away when the could have been sold to other parks =(

Oh my god, those rides, I'd totally get on them (the ferris wheel) and just like, SIT THERE.
And for the roller coasters who's tracks are still intact, I'd sit on them and slide down.
But seriously, how did I get HERE from watching a POV of Space Mountain mission 2? :3

@breezyb1992 You should really read up on this. Something about the insurance wanted to charge them like 3 million in fines and such, so between that and the outrageous cost it would of cost to clean up and reopen the park was a bit much. Not to mention N.O is under sea level I'm sure they thought why spend all that time and money to reopen something that could very well get ruined again come the next hurricane.

The last pic is of Six Flags New Orleans. They say Hurricane Katrina ruined the rides and everything else. They're lying. They had went after the hurricane about a month later and got Batman the Ride, disassembled it and gave it to Six Flags Fiesta in Texas. They left the rest. So , how does 1 ride only work? Liars. Six Flags Atlanta, GA got flooded too. All those rides were fine and they reopened the park a week later. Sounds like a pile of liars to me.
