Great footage!... I miss spearfishing in the azorean islands.
Two questions:
1) Has the "5-fish-per-day" regulation changed?
2) How deep were those dives (especially the badejo, hogfish, etc)?

the spearfishinglicense alllows you to catch 10 fish a day.
all diving in this video was between 1 and 25 meter.

Well about the spoken fish: defenitly a badejo it´s not a protected species as you can be sure by reading the current legislation: Decreto Legislativo Regional n.º 9/2007/A de 19 de Abril de 2007.
