  • Abhilasha Chellum is a wonderful singer. She deserves so much more credit for her singing and her career. I have always wished her well, and I truly hope that she gets the recognition that she so much deserves.

  • Really truly good singing, I love this song from bottom of my heart, thanks for choosing this song.

  • when she comes 2 d first antara its obvious she doesn't have it in her to pull off a lata mangeshkar ghazal composed by madan mohan... if yu hear d original song its got a lot more panache

  • @mahabharat11 lata ji sakshat saraswati hain, bharat ratna hain wo, unke as pas koi bhi nahi ho sakta

  • What a great voice you have!! Wah, wah, wah!!!

  • @nazirmo - give an example of where her diction is lacking? BTW, Lata herself said that early in her career she was told her Urdu diction was lacking and took a whole year of Urdu classes. But ... urdu zubaan par zor mat dijiye ... dil ki zubaan suniye aur bas "svargiya anand" ka ras lijiye.

Abhilasha's rendition is outstanding. And she did not have Madan Mohan to practice with.

  • @nazirmo I agree with you but please try to understand urdu is not her mother language also she is 18 years old girl and cannot compare with Lata ji and Asha ji.

  • Beautiful song, sung nicely.

  • As someone pointed out - nice try but no match for lataji's voice - I feel that these new singers need to fine tune their urdu diction - which is what lataji and even asha mastered. When lataji sang she sang with depth and emotions and although lataji's

mother tongue is Marathi when lataji sang there was no trace of accent - even when lataji's sister Usha sang Hindi songs you can note her urdu diction was lacking.

  • Great! very good try. Sung with feeling and sweetness.
