@Grkwn This is a Tu 204-300..it do not use RR engines... It uses Aviadvigatel PS-90A engines :D

I dont understand where ppl make assumptions that it was coped an so on. Aerodynamic principles are the same for everyone...all planes will have somewhat similar fuselage, engines, tail,wings...that does not mean it was copied.It simply means how they should be developed....besides, this is a great plane but lousy marketing on the part of Russians
