still a bit confused - is the lead coming from the micro-x (the supersaw sound?)

This song is not really from ATB. You could aswell say it's from Moss & Szade or Steve Hill & Weaver or Neonlights.. it's just a remix from ATB. Original is from Olive and is called "You're Not Alone" :)
But very nice :)
