@TheEodtch Yup! If the government thinks we are hurting ourselves, they should throw us in jail! You might need a nanny government to tell you to wear a seat belt and and consume only government authorized substances, but I am capable of making my own decisions. BTW I have never done drugs in my life, but I would prefer tax payers didn't have to pay for kidnappings. You are probably a fan of the NDAA as well.

But these aren't people who have been convicted of any crime. They haven;t even been arrested. They are under investigation, and the FBI can investigate anybody, guilty or innocent. If you really think Govt has the ability to objectively separate good from bad then enlighten us as to the method with which this will be done. Im saying background checks suck as of now, they need to be better, you seem to agree with me there, because most shooters would pass them. You have no evidence or proof that more guns would help, you just believe they would, in every instance of shootings guns were the problem and the psychos who use them. Most psycho shooters would have passed a background check...so more backgrounds to solve the problem = illogical. If everyone had a weapon, do you realize how fast they would be gunned down? Saving hundreds of helpless lives that would otherwise be easy targets. Not only that, but knowing they won't get far kills the fun most of them seek. Psycho gunmen don't last long in a police station for a reason.
