thanks a lot. I just watched this and it worked great, but I still have to seal it. Instead of sanding the paint I scraped graphite pencil lead off with a razor blade and put it on with a brush and then rubbed it in with my finger. It looks like heavy grime in thicker spots and dulls the paint everywhere else like the sun would. You should try it!

I want to thank you, this series of video really helped me on how to weather my rolling stock using chalks. I tried and it work perfectly!
...can you use childrens sidewalk chalk? they have these at the 99cent stores...

what kind of sand paper would i need to make the right kind of powder for weathering my rolling stock? where did you buy your chalk? Great video! They really help!
