This is the real story of Canadian Lin Gilbert, diagnosed with debilitating back pain, ignored for over 2 years, and then mercifully helped by a heroic doctor. If Obama Care passes, could Lin's story be yours?

  • The People Need The Same, Health Care, As The People Thay Elect.......

  • Our beautiful 18 yr. old daughter was in a car acci. Her face imploded crushing her cheekbones, nose and pieces missing fr. her jaw. In 5 weeks they reconstructed her face and, although losing sight in one eye, she looks wonderful, went on to get her masters in science. It didn't cost a thing. I love Canadian health care, when it works!

  • @Boetica1960 My parents like myself pay taxes. What I was saying was that because we pay taxes which go into our healthcare system we didn't have to go into debt to get my younger brother life saving medical treatment as some of my American friends have had to do. The provinces budget a large portion of money to healthcare it is possible that they could go over budget but as far I know about the budget not likely.

  • @Boetica1960 Greed and fear based medicine is what we have in the USA. If you do not like the price, die or live in pain. They do not care! Now who is the thief?

  • @Mirovozzrenie100 It's ok saying that the woman would have got the treatment in America quicker but......and it's a big but..... what if she didn't have the money to pay for it? would the generous health service in America do it for free?

It's all well and good saying that you can get this or you can get that in America, sure, you can get it anywhere in the world........IF YOU GOT MONEY.

If you don't have money then you get free treatment in Britain,Canada,France,Australia etc.

  • My life was saved by the British NHS, how much did it cost me? £0.00.

How many American's can say that?

  • I could post 1000 video's like this relating to health "care" in the USA.

18,000 Americans die each year because they didn't get treatment.

  • @midnightmoonrise The "I've got mine" syndrome. That is immoral.

  • @midnightmoonrise Your parents don't pay taxes, is that what you are saying? How is your healthcare funded? What if your province expended all of its healthcare dollars? What then? Why is it that some Canadian provinces contract with US hospitals for services?

  • @AlvinEinschwein 'Greed based'? It is immoral to take the fruits of one man's labor and give it to another. That's called theft. There is no morality in theft. The Quebec Supreme court ruled against your wonderful healthcare system a few years ago, saying it prevented people from maintaing their own health. How can you support the suffering of this woman?

  • @Hypernl Do you call this working?

  • Spreading fear?

Here in the Netherlands and most EU countries we have fully or partly government-controlled healthcare which is much cheaper than the US system, does not deny people their healthcare when they actually need it and have no wait times for urgent healthcare and very decent wait times for less urgent healthcare.
