  • logic also telling me that we are terrestial creatures so we don't have to and we shouldn't eat any food that comes from aquatic environment (fish, prawns and ALGAE) but thats only logic...

  • @charlrogers1990 can you honestly say that your whole familiy is healthy? it doesnt matter if you reach the age of 95 if you have to live the last 25 unhealthy with artritis, medication, colds, aches and all sort of complaints. If i can make it to 65 with none of the above i would have lived a happy meat-free live.

  • Hi, this is really a lot of bullshit. This guy says nothing. He has just enough to make it sound like he is using real facts, but he is really misleading.

  • seaweed? are you all mad!!! do you really think your creator put you on this panet so you could eat seaweed?? why live??

  • @headfake I've been 100% vegetarian for 25 years and can quite honestly say I've never worried about B12. But then again, I eat food not supplements. Get out of that quickfix mindset and eat healthily like your body wants you to and stop worrying! :-)

Seaweed is the BEST food. Pick it fresh and blend it with freshly juiced fruit.

  • @headfake SEAWEED

  • Mercola spend his time to promote animal experimentations so called " vivisection"

always ready to sell you miracles product !!

  • I've been 100% vegetarian for 3 months now. Worried about my b12 as well. Anybody know of a good natural and raw supplement?

  • please ask brian about b12 analogues in seaweeds and algaes, and weither or not we should be worried about them.
